Jamil is the co-founder and Chairman of Lit-Inn. Jamil has over 20 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, banking, consulting, business and finance in many of the prestigious financial institutions in London, such as EBRD, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Jamil was one of the co-founders of Silk Invest private equity, a London-based asset management company that invests across emerging markets.
Jamil has also a long experience as an entrepreneur, having established number of companies in different areas, including finance, real estate and education. For many years Jamil has advised clients on a number of hotel and other real estate projects and has a deep knowledge of distressed and special situations real estate across Europe. Jamil has four undergraduate and graduate degrees and speaks 6 languages.
Jamil is passionate about international development, environment, technology and helping local communities. When he is not working Jamil loves nothing more than spending time with his family.
Reda Diouri began his career within financial services in London back in 2012 building experience within equities, fixed income, FX, acquisitions and corporate finance. As part of Ploutos Associates which specialises in consultancy services, Reda was involved in many real estate projects across Europe, covering especially the hotels sector. Reda holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Birkbeck College in London and also speaks 4 languages fluently.
Reda is passionate about Lit-Inn and was instrumental in establishing its concept, developing the business plan as well as helping it to establish a network of partners.
Reda and Jamil met at Silk Invest where their relationship quickly blossomed into a strong friendship and served as the foundation on which the Lit-Inn brand proudly stands today. Reda is passionate about nurturing relationships and is instrumental in driving and improving the Lit-Inn offering to the customers.
In his spare time Reda loves to play football, tennis as well as enjoying a cold brew on a sunny rooftop.
Juan heads Lit-Inn operations in Spain and Portugal.
Juan has more than 20 years experience at top management roles across different industries, including food and beverage, cement and building materials industries having worked, lived and developed business in such countries as Spain, China, Vietnam, Mexico and Republic of Congo.
Juan and Jamil have met more than 20 years ago as class mates, when they completed an MBA in Spain and France.
Juan is passionate about Lit-Inn and is managing relationships with various Spanish energy efficiency construction services providers.
Yulian look after operations in Monaco and France as well as heading project management and development at Lit-Inn.
Yulian’s career started by representing a French software start up in Bulgaria, developing and distributing bank softwaresspecialised in the financing for construction and development companies.
Yulian then joined Olivier Mitterand’s (nephew of former French president Francois Mitterand) new development company « Les Nouveaux Constructeurs» where he was in charge of one of the biggest and most prestigious projects at the time, called «Colline de Bellevue». Yulian was also part of Cogedim, one of the largest real estate development companies in France.
Yulian helps develop Lit-Inn’s relationship across French-Speaking Europe.
Emil is responsible for Denmark and Sweden and also heads the Legal Department.
Emil is instrumental in developing the Lit-Inn business across the Scandinavian region. Emil is a lawyer by education, having graduated with honours from the Erasmus University in Netherlands. Emil speaks 5 languages, including Danish.
Emil has more than 20 years experience in the legal and construction sectors, having covered many aspects of the development cycle starting from the legal up to the procurement side of things.
Emil and Jamil are family friends who met more than 30 years ago.
When he is not working, Emil likes to spend time with his family.
Andrei is an Advisor within Hotel Management at Lit-Inn.
Andrei has more than 20 years experience in Hotel and Hospitality management.
Andrei is the graduate of prestigious hotel management school, Les Roches School of International Hotel Management in Bluche, Crans Montana, Switzerland. He also obtained Commerce Degree from Heritage College in Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada and Cambridge University Business Language Certificate.
For last 20 years Andrei managed hotels and private islands across the world, including the Carribean, North America and Europe at Leading Hotels of the World, Fairmont, Cotton House and others.
At Lit-Inn his tasks include developing SOEs for Lit-Inns, supervising development, develop staff welfare, develop marketing and market positioning strategy.
Jamil and Andrei met more than 15 years and became good friends since.
Andre is an advisor for projects in Portugal.
André Ventura career spans over more than 28 years with assignments in four countries, in companies across several industries, where he has undertaken different roles in the financial expertise area, and in the more recent years as CEO.
Through his career, he acquired industry background in Consumer Markets (consumer products, hospitality & leisure, retail & apparel) and Industrial (automotive seating systems, construction, packaging) and is also Co-managing partner of Ecomlove, an e-marketplace oriented to European and Asian consumers of high-end products.
Andre uses his mature network in Portugal to facilitate the execution of Lit-Inn.
Throughout the various roles Richard has held within 27 years of hospitality experience they include, Operations Manager at Gleneagles, Auchterarder where he was a senior manager responsible for the delivery of the G8 Summit in 2005, General Manager at hotels in Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee & St Andrews for both globally branded hotels and unbranded properties and a director of one of Scotland’s largest event management companies.
He has been recognised nationally at UK level at the Caterer & Hotelkeeper awards 2008 and at the Scottish Hotel awards for his management achievements, 2010,2011& 2013. He has led hotels to achieve City Hotel of the year on 4 occasions, Branded Hotel of the Year and been awarded group general manager of the year.
He has supported in the feasibility, acquisition, completion and management of the multiple hotels.
Graduating from Strathclyde University, Cornell (USA) and Lausanne (Switzerland) (joint programme) with a MSc in Hospitality & Tourism leadership, he also holds a Higher Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University (USA).

David is one of the most experienced consultants working in hotel valuation and has worked in over 180 countries.
He advises on hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and mixed-use transactions, providing a range of services including buying mandates, operator selection, valuation, property and financial due diligence, arranging joint venture partnerships, agreeing and negotiating HMAs, lease renewals, rent reviews, feasibility studies, arranging debt funding, asset management, performance reviews and disposals.
David has worked for a very wide range of clients, including many hotel companies, property investors, hoteliers, developers, banks and investment funds.
David is a Fellow of the RICS, as well as an RICS accredited valuer and an RICS accredited Expert Witness, specialising in hotels.
David has written the definitive text book on hotel valuation “Hotel Valuation for Investors”, published in February 2008 and “Hotels and Resorts: An Investor’s Guide”, published in August 2016.
David was involved in many of the most significant hotel transactions across the world, including the acquisition of Le Meriden portfolio and Intercontinental hotel chains, as well as helping to structure a significant number of sale & leaseback transactions in the hotel industry at that time.
David was a Founder and Head of CBRE Hotels team.
Oksana heads Lit-Inn marketing efforts. Oksana was instrumental in developing Lit-Inn brand and marketing strategy from early days. She has robust experience in digital marketing, having worked and developed many online campaigns. She has not only developed marketing strategies, but also carried through multi-channel advertisement campaigns and measured effectiveness of conversion rates.
Oksana is also very strong with audience research, marketing reporting and budgeting. She has also increased many-fold for her clients traffic via product aggregation.
Oksana has deep experience working with creative service providers and designers.
